Dare to indulge! Deep-fried, on-a-stick, ooey, gooey, barbequed, dipped in chocolate and just plain delicious. That's the best way to describe the array of food at the LA County Fair. It's a unique experience, with more than 300 choices. It's once a year - undo the top button on your pants and dive in. If you're a little nervous, we do have yogurt, fresh fruit, smoothies and salads, too.

  The Igloo

Lace up those skates and take a whirl around the rink. The Igloo features the Polar Ice Rink, a full-service ice skating rink, and the Arctic Promenade, which offers a variety of unique products. It's the best place to cool off.  Nightly DJ spinning tunes while you spin on the ice.

With America’s Kids’ Adventures in Literature you’ll feel like you’ve stepped into an enchanted library where giant books, costumed characters and hands-on activities come together to create a literary adventure of your own.

See thousands of entries from talented students ages 3-18.  From coloring page contests to collections to dioramas, students have worked hard on these projects and earned ribbons to prove it!

 Mojo's Wild & Crazy Lagoon

Don’t miss the monkey business going on with Mojo, the Fair’s resident Capuchin monkey, and her animal friends. You not only get a close-up look at exotic animals but learn about their native habitats. You’ll see reptiles, insects, birds, kangaroos and these animals you’ll need to Google: coatiemundi, capybara and a binturong.

The annual Art Classic at the Millard Sheets Art Center presents One Path Two Journeys –  Judithe Hernández and Patssi Valdez. The Millard Sheets Art Center is proud to announce that it has been selected to participate in Pacific Standard Time: LA/LA, a far-reaching and ambitious exploration of Latin American and Latino art in dialogue with Los Angeles. PST is an initiative of the Getty Museum.

The LA County Fair houses some of the world’s most distinctive historical trains. Visit this exciting exhibit and step inside some of the largest steam engines and diesel locomotives in the world!  These unique trains demonstrate the impact of railroads on California’s early history and industry. You’ll have the opportunity to explore real dining and sleeping cars, examine our authentic historical train depot built in 1885, and even blow the whistle in a giant engine.

 NHRA Motorsports Museum

The Wally Parks NHRA Motorsports Museum, presented by the Automobile Club of Southern California, celebrates the impact of motorsports on our culture. The Museum features an impressive array of vintage and historical racing vehicles along with photographs, trophies, helmets and driving uniforms, artifacts, paintings and other memorabilia chronicling more than 60 years of American motorsports.

Thrills, laughs and screams equal a trifecta of fun at the LA County Fair Carnival, which offers amusement for guests of all ages. The once fierce dinosaurs of the Mesozoic Era, thought to be extinct long ago, have found a new home at the LA County Fair. See more than 40 prehistoric creatures who now make the hillside their home. Be sure to duck from the spitting Dilophosaurus and watch out for T. rex’s big feet! You don’t want to be a smashed bug on the bottom of his foot. Enjoy interactive activities and talks with real paleontologists.

The Farm at Fairplex is the No. 1 attraction at the LA County Fair – for good reason! Spotlighting agriculture and animals, The Farm is both classroom and live-action entertainment. Get an up-close look at the cutest goats, chickens, pigs and cows. New this year is our miniature Big Red Barn which features miniature animals. And we dare you to learn a thing or two about agriculture in our urban organic farm, which features 150 California specialty crops.

 Esmeralda's Traveling Circus

Step right up and experience the daring, mystical and comedic talent in Esmeralda’s circust. Here you’ll find a real traveling circus complete with crowd-pleasing aerial and side shows throughout the day. Don’t forget the Budweiser Clydesdales and other interactive circus skill shows.

Location: In the Grandstand Neighborhood, this area is located on Jupiter Street, the link between the Carnival and The Farm.

Visit Wilderness Ridge, home to America’s Great Outdoors, where you can meet Smokey Bear and his friends and explore exhibits that teach about protecting, respecting, and most importantly, connecting with nature and the animals that call it home. Meet foresters and rangers whose job is to preserve, protect and manage America’s public lands. Visit with the native reptiles of Southern California, including the state reptile - the protected desert tortoise. The new General Land Office (GLO) building is open to share stories behind the settlement of our nation and the beginnings of our public lands.

 Wonderland: A Floral Fairy Tale

Take a trip down the Rabbit Hole and be transported into another dimension in Wonderland: A Floral Fairy Tale. As soon as you step foot in this exhibit, you will be dwarfed by giant displays paying homage to Lewis Carroll’s enchanting novel, Alice in Wonderland, with hundreds of beautiful flowers and plants around every corner.  The Atrium is where fantasy and flora collide in our new exhibit, The Looking Glass & Beyond. Visit with our live woodland creatures like the flamingos, the hedgehog and the caterpillars in Caterpillar Cavern.

Get a glimpse of what life was like growing up in the early days of settlers in this exhibit located in The Farm. Learn about California’s history as you go back in time in this interactive exhibit filled with some of the most beloved professions of our past.
